HOW TO COOK
- Pressure cook toor dal. Simultaneously, boil a vegetable of your preference, tomatoes, and tamarind together to create a pulp.
- Combine the pulp with salt and two tablespoons of Panchabhootani Sambar Powder, along with 1 liter of water; bring it to a boil.
- Incorporate the cooked dal and boil thoroughly. Add curry leaves during the boiling process.
- In a separate pan, heat one teaspoon of ghee, add mustard and asafoetida, and drizzle it over the sambar.
- Serve with steaming rice.
